The Price of Training
Instruction Rate
The price of gyroplane instruction encompasses
a progressive training program as outlined in the Lesson Plan
found on this web site. The various
flight maneuvers are in accordance with the FAA Practical Test Standards
which is the criteria for the check ride.
Each flight hour is 45 to 50 minutes, with
the additional time accumulating toward ground school instruction.
Cost per hour is $125.00, plus fuel in company
gyroplane.
Transitioning into the student's gyroplane
is $100 dollars per hour plus fuel cost. This includes hang testing
the gyroplane for the proper weight and balance and any adjustments required
for safe flight.
**All check rides (initial and add-on ratings),
$400.00. PLUS $125.00 for use of gyroplane, fuel and Instructor
**For single seat Sport Pilot Ground Observation
check ride with customer gyroplane $400.00.
